If you just want an appraisal but don’t intend to sell, trade-in, or consign your watch for sale by us, we can still inspect and appraise your watch. This includes testing its time-keeping accuracy on a timegrapher, doing market analysis, and providing a written appraisal of your timepiece.

As part of the appraisal process, if there are any issues with the physical condition or functioning of the watch, we can also advise on whether obtaining a service or polish of the watch could be worthwhile for improving its value.

We cannot provide a full appraisal without physically seeing the watch. If you are not in the Austin area, we can arrange shipment to us for the appraisal, however unless you are seriously considering selling, trade-in, or consignment we suggest using a local appraiser since the insured shipping cost is often substantial relative to the cost of an appraisal.
