Each item will be shipped out using next-day shipping, fully insured, with the shipment being made within one business day of the purchase within the continental United States.

Our warehouse is located in Georgetown, Texas in zip code 78628, just North of Austin. Our products ship from this location.

We use FedEx as our shipping partner with next day delivery. We will have the shipment held at the nearest Fedex location for pickup, which reduces the risk of your package being stolen from your doorstep as well as delays from missed deliveries. It also enables us to insure packages for the large values needed to fully cover luxury watches.

While we guarantee next-day shipping shipped within one business day within the continental US, we will ship anywhere in the US that FedEx overnight delivery is available though there may be additional delays as described below.

In parts of Alaska and Hawaii, overnight delivery is offered by FedEx and we will ship there but the delivery time is longer despite still being called overnight; we will still proceed with this shipment and trust recipients in these areas will be familiar with the shipping services provided. Our handling time of one day is still applicable and only the time for the overnight shipment to arrive may differ, with one exception to that handling time noted below. 

Since we have the package held at the nearest FedEx location, if that is more than 25 miles from the recipient’s address outside the continental US we will pause order fulfillment and request confirmation before shipping. In this case, the one business day handling time will apply following receipt of confirmation of the pickup being acceptable at that distance. If you know this applies to you and wish to avoid a delay for confirmation, please write in the optional Order Notes field that you are comfortable picking up the package from the nearest FedEx location or provide the address of the one you want us to use and we will still ship within one business day of your order being placed without awaiting further confirmation.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we guarantee shipment within one business day, some packages may ship same-day. If the fulfillment time affects your ordering decision, please call or text the phone number on the Contact page and if we’re able to ship your order same-day we’ll confirm that explicitly before you place your order.

On average, shipments are sent within 1 business day and arrive 1 business day later. The exceptions, noted above, are rare.
